  My Children have been going to this center for a while now. It was ok at first. Management seemed so nice when my children first started and then after a few months things changed. The Director and Assistant Director are so uninviting. They make it seem as though you're bothering them when you call to ask a question or make a complaint. When you walk through the door the office moral is awful! Management needs a few courses on customer service. When you talk to them you can tell that they really don't care what you're talking about and they tell you what they think you want to hear just to get you off their back. Interactions with them come off as fake and uncaring. Also, the communication between everyone is terrible. The only reason my children are still there is because of the teachers. And that is the ONLY reason I am giving 2 stars. I feel so bad for the teachers because they all act as though they're afraid of Management.
