  When asked how much it was for file taxes(multiple times), we were told tax returns were on a case-by-case basis. Never told what a basic or starting cost for a tax returns. Received an invoice for $925 which was only reduced to $550. When questioned about it, the company said they had high overhead costs for because of I.T. security and the Cadillac of programs that they use. As that is your choice, withholding information of how much you charge, even for the most basic of returns, is completely unprofessional. I'm making my situation known to my friends and coworkers in my union.

  Super grateful to have found such an amazing agent and staff who will go above and beyond to satisfy our needs!! Having an agent like carmen who is available to you and an agent who educates you, is so important. I highly recommend sitting down and getting to know this office!!

• Review of "Jack & Jill Preschool and Child Care Center" at Warrenton

  I'd give a 100 stars if it would allow me, Jack & Jill is a wonderful Preschool/Child Development Center. Not only are the teachers very approachable and never are scowling. I have never once walked in the classroom and seen a child crying, or being disciplined. Ms. Lis is a wonderful and caring individual, and I am so blessed to have her as my son's teacher. His knowledge with letters and numbers has expanded 300% since he has been there. He has not even been at the school for a year, and has already surpassed my expectations in his abilities to learn. He is always telling me HUGE words and in the correct context. I always am very excited to hear how my son's day was or how he was a "Rockstar" It truly makes me feel like I was there throughout his day. I always feel greeted and welcomed by Ms. Wally. She is an amazing director. Ms. Cheryl, Ms. Danielle, and others are always very welcoming and communicative to my child. He loves this school, and has even asked to go there when his "big kid school" is on breaks. I would recommend this school to ANYone. It's unfortunate that some reviews might not be fitting to par, but like any place everybody has difference experiences. That being said, Jack and Jill is an A+++ in my book, and all of my children will be attending this school.
